As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be the technical backbone of our marketing department, supporting our mission to provide innovative solar lighting solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our marketing campaigns and the success of our SDR team. Your expertise in marketing technology and data management will be key to optimizing our processes and driving growth. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy and technology.

What you’ll do:

CRM Management & Campaign Execution:

  • Serve as the primary builder and administrator of marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to segment target audiences for effective campaign deployment
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate execution of email nurtures, events, and other multi-channel initiatives.
  • Deploy and track campaigns, ensuring proper tagging and reporting to measure performance.
  • Maintain the health and integrity of our marketing database

Collateral Management:

  • Act as the central point of contact for the creation and management of marketing collateral.
  • Maintain and organize our library of marketing assets, including product brochures, case studies, and spec sheets on SharePoint.
  • Ensure the FLT team has easy and immediate access to the most current and brand-compliant versions of all marketing materials.
  • Assist in the setup and automation of workflows to streamline the review and approval process for new collateral

Process Optimization:

  • Develop, document, and refine marketing and sales processes. This includes building and managing lead scoring models, lead routing rules, and the handoff process from marketing to the SDR team.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will provide regular insights on key metrics such as campaign ROI, lead volume, and conversion rates to help guide our marketing strategy.
  • Use ClickUp to manage and track marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. You will coordinate with internal teams to manage project assets and deliverables.
