Reporting to the CEO, the Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing our brand strategy, product marketing, and external communications to drive awareness, industry leadership, and demand generation. They ensure a compelling and consistent brand presence while leading product positioning, thought leadership, and corporate communications efforts.
In this role you’ll have the ability to shape the future of our marketing team, working closely with other FLT managers and leaders. You’ll identify healthy and sustainable ways to grow the marketing team, and to find collaboration with other departments at FLT.
This is a full-time, permanent role that will be hybrid from our Victoria office. Our team works 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, with flexible hours within that scope.
